Thanks for using our services (“Services”). The Services are provided by ColourDrive (“ColourDrive”), located at 27, 3rd Cross, 5th Main, Bank of Baroda Colony, J P Nagar, 7th Phase, Bangalore - 560078.
By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Some additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services. Those Additional Terms of Services we always provides with particular digital documents like Quotation, Final Bill, Invoice etc.

1. For design painting minimum area charged will be 100 sqft.
2. Covering of furniture and other household items: We will try our best to cover as much as possible using polythene wraps or newspaper etc., however since painting job is manual work, there can still be some stains and spots. Our team will try to clean those after the job completion but we can not guarantee 100% cleanliness and no claim can be made against such issues.
3. Moving of furniture: Our team will assist you in moving the furnitures. However, since we are not professional movers & packers, we will not be liable for any damages caused during the process. Moving & installation of electrical applicances will not be included in this.
4. Painting work quality: Without Putty warranty is not applicable. In re-painting and rental painting no warranty can be claimed. As surface preparations i e. Putty has not been done by ColourDrive. ColourDrive is not responsible for wall undulations. If client want to change the paint product & colours, will try to cover in 2 coat paint, if it is not cover properly then extra coat paint charges will be applicable. For Royale paint ColourDrive recommend putty, primer & paint. Once the colour is confirmed by the customer, no colour changes will be allowed. If they needs change in colour additional amount will be applicable.
5. Refund: Booking amount is not refundable. Once booking is done or quotation is confirmed negotiation is not possible.
6. Colour sampling will be done on the basis of customers requirement, & it will be charged Rs. 250 per sample or colour.
7. On last day of work customer can check entire work and inform if any kind of issue is there. Later ColourDrive will not be responsibile. Last installment must be paid on last day of work."

1. Any paint peel off, colour fading will cover under warranty.
2. Any external damage from outside is not covered under warranty.
3. ColourDrive will provide 1 year service warranty only if we have done complete process of surface preparation by 2coat putty, 1 coat primer, & 2 coat paint.
4. In re-painting and rental painting no warranty can be claimed. As surface preparations i.e. Putty has not been done by ColourDrive.
5. In Design painting we do only basecoat and topcoat. For existing wall any undulations or cracks that will not cover under warranty. If putty & primer required additional charges will be applicable.
6. Water seapage, leakage & cracks not cover under warranty.
7. Wall undulations is not covered in repainting.
8. By 2 coat putty only 70-80% undulations will be covered.

14. During the services or after service completion ColourDrive can collect your house photos which can be used to improving our services & promotion. Video of interior/exterior will be taken in the presence or permission of the customer.

1. Service against quote/quotes submitted will be extended to the customer only after acceptance of the quote and its terms and conditions provided, including payment milestones.
2. In case of service cancellation by the customer after acceptance of quote, but before the commencement of work as per the defined scope, refund of the amount transferred by customer against any milestone, will be processed to the same bank account of the customer, after a deduction of 5% of said amount as cancellation fee. Refund processing will be completed between 10 to 15 days after initiation of cancellation and will depend on customer’s bank.
3. In case of changes in scope of service agreed between customer and ColourDrive, revised quotes defining the changed scope and its cost impact, will be provided to the customer by ColourDrive and service will be extended to the customer only after his/her acceptance of the revised quote, revised pricing and payment milestones. Due to any such revisions in scope of service, if cost of service extended is less than amount already paid by the customer to ColourDrive, refund of the difference in amount paid by customer and the cost of service extended on revised quote accepted by customer will be processed to the same bank account of the customer, from which transaction was done, after a deduction of 5% of said amount as cancellation fee. Refund processing will be completed between 10 to 15 days after initiation of cancellation and will depend on customer’s bank.
